Executive Chef Georges Rapicault uses his 29 years of culinary expertise to present fabulous dining menus for the membership to savor – all presented by a friendly and knowledgeable service staff. For an upscale fine dining experience, please make a reservation to join us in our formal dining room. Here, you will find a variety of savory steaks and fresh cut seafood to choose from, accompanied by candlelight and fantastic harbor views. Chef Georges’ dessert menu will allow your indulgence along with seasonal cobblers, crepes and cakes.
